Our indoor arena, called the Four Seasons Arena, is the perfect destination for those who love to ride and to rope. Each winter the facility is equipped with roping boxes and a chute. We work the ground regularly to ensure it’s ready for your equine athlete.
For information on renting our outdoor spaces, concessions, additional barns, or electrical hook-ups, please call our office. More information can also be obtained from the Rental Fee Schedule linked below.
Stalling is available on-grounds. Long-term rentals are available. Each year during the annual High School Rodeo, the Friends of Fair sets up extra stalls and handles rentals as a fundraiser. For reservations for this event, call 307-746-8806.
Weston County Event Center
The Weston County Event Center stands at the entryway to the Weston County Fairgrounds, providing a modern and classy place for your next party, training event, fundraiser dinner or more. If you’re seeking a facility that offers everything you might need to host a successful event, including ample room, the Weston County Event Center is the perfect location.
The facility can seat up to 387 with a conference room that accommodates 20. There is a full-service kitchen. You can prepare your meal on-site or use it for carry-in food preparation.
For an additional fee, extra amenities are available with your rental. The facility offers sound, event set-up, stage rentals, projectors, screens, display board and more. As outlined on this page, linens are also available to rent.
Check out our calendar page to see dates the building has already been reserved. Early reservations are recommended.
Four Seasons Arena
Payment for using the arena lights is made on site via a card reader, the instructions for which can be found by clicking the “Debit Card Reader Info” button. If you use the arena, but not the lights, you will be billed the $15 hourly rate for the length of your reservation. If you are planning to use the arena, please read the arena policy available from the button at right.

How can I reserve a riding reservation in the Four Seasons Arena or Outdoor Arena?
Riding reservations can me made from the Weston County Facebook page, or by calling or texting 307-746-8806 at least two hours in advance of your desired time. Please check out the guidelines for the usage of the Four Seasons Arena by clicking the “Arena Policy” button above for more information.
How do I pay to turn on the lights in the Four Seasons Arena?
The credit card machine is in the Southeast corner of the barn. It charges out at 30 minute increments and rounds up to the next 30-minute period. For example, if you ride for 35 minutes you will be charged for the full hour. There is a timer on the credit card machine that lets you know how long you have been riding. Does the Weston County Fairgrounds have horse boarding facilities?
Yes, we have availability for overnight, weekly, or monthly horse boarding. We have single and double stalls in the Outdoor Stalls and single stalls in the Four Seasons Arena. Please check out the guidelines for the stall policies for more information

Does the fairgrounds have availability for camper/RV hookups?
Yes, the Weston County Fairgrounds has 50- and 30-amp camper hookups available year-round. Contact the fairgrounds office by email or call 307-746-8806 for reservations and availability.
